Mexico: Keep Calm and Carry On

Have you ever been to Playa del Carmen? We first went to Mexico in 2009. That time it was Puerto Vallarta.

It wasn’t so much for a vacation as to see how our daughter was living. She’d graduated from a photography program at Humber College and moved there to be a photographer in a resort.

Scary for us!

And so we had to go visit. First in November 2009, then again in winter of 2011 and, as you’ll see in the following article, in 2012.

By 2012, Courtney had moved from the Puerto Vallarta (west) coast to the Cancun side of the country. That was to Playa del Carmen, a town about an hour from Cancun.
